Creating Your Account

Go to the Register page

Click Get Started in the top menu, or use the link in any invitation email from Merrivox.

Enter your email and a password

Use the email address we already have on file for you — this links your account to your existing subscription automatically. Choose a password you'll remember.

Confirm with the verification code

We send a 6-digit code to your email. Type it in to verify your address. Didn't get it? Use the Resend code link after a minute.

You're in!

Your account is ready. You'll be taken to your Customer Vault, where you can finish filling in your contact details and start exploring.

Tip: Use the same email Merrivox already has for you. If you register with a different email, your subscriptions won't link automatically — just let us know and we can match them up.

Good to know: You can also sign up with your Google account in one click — no password to remember.

Signing In

Access your vault from any page on the site.

Click Sign In in the top menu

The sign-in page opens from any page on the site.

Enter your email and password

Use the details you registered with. Tick Remember me to stay logged in on this device.

You're taken to your vault

From there you can manage subscriptions, download apps, browse content, and get support — all in one place.

Watch out: If you see "your account is not registered", the email you entered hasn't been signed up yet. Use the Register page to create it first.

Forgotten Your Password?

Reset it in three quick steps.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password

Enter the email you registered with.

Check your email for a reset link

Click the link in the email and enter a new password. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.

Sign in with your new password

You're all set.

Good to know: For security, the "forgot password" page always shows a success message — even if the email isn't found. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder, or contact support and we'll help.

Multi-Language Support

The entire Merrivox site is available in 9 languages — English, Greek, Russian, Polish, German, Arabic, Turkish, Hindi and Nepali.

Switch language anytime

Tap the flag icon in the top menu to open the language dropdown. Each language shows its country flag for easy identification. Pick your language and the entire site updates instantly — navigation, content, forms and the user guide.

Arabic with right-to-left support

When you select Arabic, the entire layout flips to right-to-left automatically, including navigation, text and forms — no extra setup needed.
